On JC Summer Training Camp…

The following comments are taken from class evaluations of the JC Summer Training Camp.

Excellent.  More than I expected.  Very organized.  The introduction of Pilates and the ball are excellent.  Application of techniques to dancing is very good.

Good balance between dance workshops and other.  Well organized.  BODY ROLLING!!!  Peak style stuff was great.

Love this camp!  All the elements that you brought in are great.  Those help us to understand our body and put those into dancing.  Many thanks for putting this together.

Love the Body Rolling.  Awesome Camp.

I really liked the exercise classes – my favorites were the Body Rolling and Pilates.  It made me more aware of my body and how to relax.  The food was fantastic!  For the dancing lectures & workshop, partner work was great.
The camp overall was a great turnout.  I could apply most of what I learned in my dancing.  Thanks Joel and Clara!

I think the camp was great!  Lost of different things to experience.  I liked the pilates, maybe yoga would be cool next time.  I’ve never done tai chi, that was cool too.  I’ve never done “PEAK” either.  I really enjoyed that.  I think overall it was fantastic!!

I liked all the programs, information, exercises and food.  Thank you very much for all the arrangements. 

I love this dance camp.  Thank you very much you guys for doing it for us.  I believe it can help dance a lot.  I wish I can get the dance camp again.  Please make it more.  Thanks a lot.

Good introduction to various physical aids to help dancing.

Liked the body training exercises:  tai chi, physical training, body rolling, ropework, etc.


Dance training exercises re: basic movement & body awareness movement in dance was excellent.  I discovered how the dynamics of our foot work was different.  Mental aspects- excellent. Thanks for a great weekend of awreness in DanceSport.

Loved the program.  Learned a lot about the body.  Would like to learn more pilates.  Great speakers brought in!  I like the body rolling & foot waking as well.  I thought the nutritionist was an excellent speaker, very positive and made me realize the importance.  Loved the dance workshops, would love even more of it.  Lunch & snack were thumbs up too.  And the fact that most equipment was provided is great.
